|1 cup (113g)||finely shredded Parmesan cheese|
|1½ cup (90g)||panko breadcrumbs|
|1 tsp. (1g)||dried oregano|
|¼ tsp. (.8g)||garlic powder|
|1½ lbs. (680g), about 4||walleye fillets (or any white fish)|
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the butter, cheese, panko, oregano and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
Place the fillets on the baking sheet and top each fillet with one quarter of the panko mixture.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the crust has browned and the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
