Parmesan Crusted Walleye

This crust will seal moisture into your fish while giving it a delicious flavor and texture. Substitute walleye for any white fish.

Ingredients

½ cup (113g) Plugrà® Premium Butter, salted, melted
1 cup (113g) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1½ cup (90g) panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. (1g) dried oregano
¼ tsp. (.8g) garlic powder
1½ lbs. (680g), about 4 walleye fillets (or any white fish)

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine the butter, cheese, panko, oregano and garlic powder in a medium bowl.

Place the fillets on the baking sheet and top each fillet with one quarter of the panko mixture.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the crust has browned and the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
