Garlic Butter

This butter enhances anything you serve it with – from burger to corn to garlic bread (and more)!

8 oz. (227g) Plugrá® Premium Butter, salted, softened
1 tblsp. (9g) minced garlic
½ tsp. (0.5g) dried oregano
In a small bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic.
Stir in oregano. Mix until smooth.
Transfer to parchment paper and press into a log that is about 6” or store in a sealed container.
For burgers:
Cook burgers as usual. Top with a tablespoon of garlic butter before other toppings.
For corn:
Top each cob with 1 tablespoon of the garlic butter.
For garlic bread:
Spread the insides of the bread with garlic butter, then wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F or until the bread is heated and the butter has melted.
