Use this glaze on your next ham, just spread it on towards the end of baking.
|½ cup (84g)||honey|
|¼ cup (49g)||brown sugar|
|½ cup (113g)||Plugrá® Premium Butter, salted, softened|
|¼ tsp. (.75g)||cinnamon|
|¼ tsp. (.5g)||ground cloves|
Place the honey and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Stir and heat over medium-low heat until boiling. Stop stirring and boil for 3 minutes to thicken. Remove from heat and whisk in the butter, cinnamon and cloves.
Prepare the ham according to package directions. Remove the ham 15 minutes before the recommended end of cooking and spoon the glaze over the top. Cook, uncovered for the remaining 15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
