Gingerbread Butter

Ingredients

½ cup (113g) Plugrá® Premium Butter, salted, very soft
1 tbsp. (20g) unsulfured molasses
1 tsp. (2g) ground ginger
½ tsp. (1.5g) ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. (.25g) ground cloves

Stir all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.

Transfer to a storage container or serving bowl. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Remove ½ hour before use to soften.
