|2 tsp. (10g)||Plugrá® Premium Butter, softened|
|2 slices||whole-grain bread|
|2 slices (56g)||Cheddar or Havarti Dill cheese|
|3 oz. (84g)||sliced leftover turkey|
|2 tbsp. (35g)||cranberry relish|
Butter one side of each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Place butter side down on a cutting board. Top 1 slice with 1 slice of cheese, turkey, relish and the remaining slice of cheese. Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the sandwich.
Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich, into the pan and cook until bread is golden and crisp, and cheese is beginning to melt, about minutes. Flip the sandwich carefully and continue cooking until the bottom has browned and the sandwich is heated through, about 3 more minutes.
Remove from the pan and slice in half to serve.
