|¾ cup (150g)||sugar|
|½ cup (98g)||brown sugar|
|1 cup (80g)||cocoa, sifted|
|½ cup (65g)||all-purpose flour|
|2 tsp. (10g)||vanilla extract|
|½ tsp. (3g)||kosher salt|
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check for doneness using a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean. Cool in the pan before serving.
