1/2 cup | rolled oats |
1 1/4 cups | warm water or milk |
Pinch | brown sugar |

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook Plugrà® salted butter and oats, stirring often, until butter is browning and the oats smell fragrant, 6 to 8 minutes.

Add the warm water or milk and stir. Increase heat as needed to bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, cover pan and let simmer slowly for about 12 minutes.

Turn off heat and let sit, covered for 7 more minutes.

Serve with milk, topped with extra Plugrà® butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon if desired.
