Buttery Yam Mousse

6-8 servings Ingredients:
6 medium yams, quartered
2 quarts water
1/4 teaspoon mace, ground
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
2 teaspoons salt
3-1/2 teaspoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:
1. Place water in large pot, bring to boil.
2. Add spices, stir and add yams. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until yams are tender but not overcooked.
3. Drain yams well, and place in mixer bowl.
4. Add butter, nutmeg and heavy cream.
5. Mix until smooth and serve.
