Refreshing and simple, perfect atop a warm biscuit!


  • 1/4 pound butter, unsalted, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon dill, fresh, chopped
  • 2 mint leaves, fresh, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon white cooking wine


  1. Whip butter until smooth and light.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to butter and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape into a log using parchment or wax paper or use a mold to form.
  4. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
  5. Slice into thin rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store.
