Serve polenta in place of potatoes or rice with lunch or dinner. A great alternative!


  • 2 cups polenta
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened


  1. In a medium pan, combine everything but the butter.
  2. Slowly stir with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes, on low heat.
  3. Add Plugrá Butter; stir and then set aside until ready to serve.
