A simple flavored butter atop a biscuit or a warm dessert. Delicious!


  • 1 pound Butter, salted, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean, seeds only
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, ground
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar


  1. Whip butter until smooth and light.
  2. Remove the seeds from the vanilla bean.
  3. Add vanilla seeds and all remaining ingredients to butter, mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.


Tip: Great with chocolate chip bundt cake. Take a vanilla cake box mix and add chocolate chips; bake as directed. Use mini-bundt cake pans for individual serving sizes.
