Use it for steamed vegetables, fish, rice; almost anything! Great on salads too.


  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Add the ingredients to a small saucepot and cook on medium high heat until it becomes thick like a syrup.
  2. Once it is thick, remove from the heat, strain and chill before serving.
