Truffle Butter

Plugrá Butter infused with truffles. An absolutely decadent flavored butter!

  • 1 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup truffles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • pinch salt


  1. Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment. Fold in the remaining ingredients on low speed and then gradually increase the speed to make sure that all the components are well incorporated.
  2. Place the butter compound on a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log.
  3. Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
