Toasted Pound Cake with Orange Honey Butter
A simple, sweet dessert for fall!

- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 small orange, juiced
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1 pound cake, prepared
- Combine all butter, orange juice, zest, and honey in a mixer on low speed until combined. Roll into a log in parchment or wax paper and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Combine berries and sugar; set aside.
- Slice pound cake into 1" thick slices. Place pound cake slices on a baking sheet and toast until lightly golden brown.
- Spread each slice of pound cake with Orange Honey Butter. Top with blackberry-sugar mixture and serve.
