Tequila-Lime Butter Sauce

- 6 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it is nutty brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Add the tequila and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Stir in lime juice and salt and keep warm until ready to serve.
