Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon scallions (diced)
  • 3 tablespoon shallots (diced)

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic, ginger, scallions and shallots with Plugrá Butter for about 30 seconds or until shallots turn transparent.
  2. Keep stirring, add seafood and saute until seafood is cooked.
