Description

Organic Watermelon Radish with Plugra and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 2 organic watermelon radishes
  • Artisan sea salt
  • 1 anchovy fillet, drained, sliced into thin strips
  • Italian parsley, fresh, minced

Instructions

  1. In an electric mixer or food processor; whip Plugrá Butter until light and airy; transfer to a small pastry bag and reserve at room temperature.
  2. Scrub radishes thoroughly to remove dirt; trim ends. Using a mandolin or sharp kitchen knife, thin-slice radishes.
  3. To serve, arrange radish slices evenly on 4 small plates; pipe whipped butter in the center of radish slices; garnish to taste with sea salt, anchovy and parsley.
