Description

Citrus seasoned lobster tails, cooked in creamy Plugrá butter and a mix of lemon, orange, and lime juices.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Butter
  • 4 Maine lobster tails, split
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan add juice of all fruit with butter and melt slowly.
  2. Season lobster tails with salt and pepper; place in pan, shell side down.  Slow cook for 5 minutes and flip tails over. Cook for 3 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Remove tails, add parsley to butter mixture to create sauce and serve.
