Description

This sweet, light cream is perfect to serve atop fruit salad or crepes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until thick, about 2-5 minutes.
