Butter Ganache

This utterly buttery ganache combines the richness of Plugrá European-Style Butter and the sharp notes of bittersweet chocolate.

  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound dark chocolate (55%)
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted


  1. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate.
  2. Stir until together and then stir in the Butter until mixture is glossy and smooth.
