Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chives
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon basil, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Prepare herb and butter-mix: soften butter, shallots, scallions, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, marjoram, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Blend well.
  2. Roll into log using plastic wrap or parchment.
  3. Chill and reserve.
