Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon nut meg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 chipotles and adobo sauce
  • 1 28 ounce can plum tomatoes in juice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker on low heat and cook for 8 hours.
  2. After 8 hours use to large forks to break apart the barbacoa beef.
