Baked Potato Butter Blend

  • 1/2 pound butter, unsalted, softened
  • 4 ounces chevre, softened
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, ground
  • 4 tablespoons chives, finely chopped


  1. Whip butter and chèvre until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to butter and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
